Respite Care
Planned short-term and long-term "breaks" for families/care givers. Respite supports and maintains primary caregiving relationships. Respite allows the loved one receiving the care to experience positive social interaction and companionship.

Overnight Care
Overnight Care is when the caregiver stays with your loved one overnight, to maintain established routines. We understand that care needs don't stop at the end of the working day.

Dementia Care
Our team is trained to provide care for all conditions defined under Dementia, including Alzheimer's, Lewy Body Dementia and Vascular Dementia. We are trained to provide care for these conditions at all stages.

Personal Care
Personal Care refers to services offered by our team of caregivers in regards to personal hygiene and toileting. Personal Care also includes dressing and maintaining personal appearance.

Meal Preparation
Our team provides different levels of assistance with meal preparation including purchasing groceries, preparation of hot and nutritious meals (allowing the client to assist if possible), and assistance with light clean up after meals.

Light Housekeeping
What is considered light housekeeping? It’s simple. Light housekeeping is just that: light. At Meraki we offer clearing away dishes after meals, changing bed linens, dusting, sweeping and vacuuming floors and other light housekeeping tasks.

Transportation to and from appointments
At Meraki, we understands that your loved ones will still need to complete their errands and see other healthcare professionals. Our team wants to make sure that they still make these appointments and as such we offer reliable transportation.
