    I am writing this letter in support of Sam Kenneally and Meraki Homecare. Sam cared for my elderly Mom for a few years before she passed away. Sam was a very compassionate, responsible, conscientious, and understanding caregiver who also shared great companionship with my Mother. Sam was responsible for the daily care of my Mom, including personal hygiene and preparing meals. Sam completed her tasks in a very professional and responsible manner. She treated my Mom with the utmost respect and kindness a 96 year old lady deserves, while at the same time delivering very personal care. Sam’s responsibilities also included light housekeeping. She was very thorough with her duties and always reported in our communication book the events of her shift and any concerns she had. She would also notify us by text or telephone to highlight any immediate concerns. Sam has a kind personality with a warm smile that has a welcoming effect on people. She was a pleasure to have as an employee and I would be happy to recommend her and her homecare business.
